Every Public water system is required by Arizona State Code of Regulations (Arizona Safe Drinking Water Regs. R18-4-710) to provide its customers with a water quality report also known as a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) by July 1st (one) of each year. This report lists the regulated contaminants the Public Water System detected in the treated water and the level at which they were found. Samples are taken monthly, quarterly, annually, or even triennially depending on the requirements mandated by the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) or the Maricopa County Department of Health.
