SPR-20-04 Site Plan Review - Tamarisk Grove

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Cave Creek Planning Commission on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Cave Creek Town Hall, 37622 N. Cave Creek Road to consider the following request.  Because of the current health emergency, the Planning Commission is providing for in person public participation and an option to view and participate electronically.  Please view the Agenda at the link below for instructions on how to view and/or participate in the meeting via the Zoom platform.  Seating in the Council Chambers will be arranged for physical distancing.

REQUEST:  To recommend approval of Case No. SPR-20-04 Site Plan Review – Tamarisk Grove to allow for the development of an 8-unit single family development located south of East Valley Way and west and north of East Hidden Valley Drive (as shown on the attached Vicinity Map) and is in a Commercial Buffer (CB) Zone.   The site consists of two parcels totaling 0.9 acres in size and are Assessor Parcel Numbers 211-11-013A and 211-11-015.
