The Town of Cave Creek is completing a micro seal project on Carefree Hwy starting April 19th. Preparation work has begun. The project boundaries will consist of Carefree Hwy between 48th St. and Cave Creek Rd. The project will consist of a complete thin overlay across this section of Carefree Hwy.
Please be aware that traffic lane restrictions will be present on and off during the course of the project. Also during the period of construction there will be times when traffic lines will not be present. Please exercise caution and share the road. The completion of this project is estimated at the end of May.
MONDAY 5/22 and TUESDAY 5/23 LANES WILL BE CLOSED FOR RAISING UTILITIES. TRAFFIC WILL BE RESTRICTED TO ONE LANE IN BOTH DIRECTIONS.
