SPECIAL WORK SESSION

TOWN OF CAVE CREEK, ARIZONA

  MONDAY, APRIL 8, 2002

 

Members of the Town Council, Board of Adjustment and Planning Commission as well as Town Staff will be in attendance at this work session. A quorum of one or more of the elected or appointed bodies may be present. No action will be taken.

 

CALL TO ORDER 7:00 PM.  Town Council Chambers, 37622 N. Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, AZ.

1.                  TOWN COUNCIL DISCUSSION AND REVIEW OF THE PROPOSED UPDATED ZONING ORDINANCE, WHICH WOULD REPEAL AND REPLACE THE CURRENT ZONING ORDINANCE. THE DISCUSSION WILL FOCUS ON CHAPTER 11, HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS; CHAPTER 12,  NATIVE PLANT PRESERVATION, SALVAGE AND LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS; AND CHAPTER 13 PARKING PROVISIONS, TIME PERMITTING, OF THE PROPOSED ZONING ORDINANCE, BUT OTHER SECTIONS MAY ALSO BE DISCUSSED
