1. Discussion and possible action to authorize the Town's
attorneys to initiate litigation regarding the motor cycle rally. The Town
Council will discuss whether to authorize the Town's attorneys to file a
lawsuit seeking to enjoin or otherwise take action against the promoters and/or
others regarding the motor cycle rally advertised to take place in Cave Creek
April 5 – 14, 2002.
