1.         APPROVAL OF A LOT SPLIT (CASE NO. L-03-03)

 

Placed on the agenda by the Planning Department, Town of Cave Creek.

 

This is a request for Council to approve a lot split of a 1.46 acre parcel into three separate parcels.  The property is located north of Skyline alignment at the west side of School House Road, parcel 211-10-003. The property is zoned R-18 residential and the applicant is Keith Vertes. (This item is continued from the April 21, 2003 Town Council Meeting.)

2.         APPROVAL OF OFF-TRACK WAGERING LICENSE FOR YAVAPAI DOWNS

 

Placed on the agenda by the Town Administration, Town of Cave Creek.

 

This is a request for Council to approve or deny a request for Yavapai Downs to conduct off-track wagering at the Satisfied Frog Restaurant for specific dates as listed in their request.

3.         DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO DIRECT STAFF TO PREPARE A MASTER TRAILS PLAN AS A COMPONENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN.

Council Action Needed:            Motion to direct staff to prepare a Master Trails Plan to be brought back to Council for discussion and approval.

4.                  DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO DIRECT STAFF TO PREPARE A TEXT AMENDMENT TO THE TOWN OF CAVE CREEK ZONING ORDINANCE BY ADDING A CONSERVATION ZONING DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION.
