3. SELECTION OF CIVIC OR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION(S) TO RECEIVE FUNDS FROM THE FOUNDATION ON BEHALF OF PHOENIX GREYHOUND PARK

The Foundation on behalf of Phoenix Greyhound Park has designated $500.00 for distribution to a civic or charitable agency or agencies that the Town Council designates.

4. RESOLUTION NO. R2002-08 CHANGING SPEED LIMITS ALONG PORTIONS OF CAVE CREEK ROAD

This is a request for the Council to approve a resolution that changes the speed limits along portions of Cave Creek Road.

This is a request for the Council to give first reading to an ordinance that amends the Town of Cave Creek Zoning Ordinance, Planned Unit Development, by increasing the lot coverage for Canyon Ridge Estates.

8. RESOLUTION NO. R2002-09 AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF CAVE CREEK AND MARICOPA COUNTY FOR A COOPERATIVE  ROAD MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

 

            Placed on the agenda by the Engineering Department, Town of Cave Creek.

           

This is a request for the Council to approve a resolution that authorizes the Mayor to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement between the Town of Cave Creek and Maricopa County for a Cooperative Road Maintenance Program.
