SPECIAL WORK SESSION

TOWN OF CAVE CREEK, ARIZONA

Members of the Town Council and Planning Commission as well as Town Staff will be in attendance at this work session. A quorum of one or more of the elected or appointed bodies may be present. No action will be taken.

 

CALL TO ORDER 7:00 PM.  Town Council Chambers, 37622 N. Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, AZ.

 

 

1.  DISCUSSION AND REVIEW OF CHAPTERS 4, 5 AND 6 OF THE PROPOSED UPDATED ZONING ORDINANCE, WHICH WOULD REPEAL AND REPLACE THE CURRENT ZONING ORDINANCE. THIS MEETING IS FOR DISCUSSION ONLY. NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.
