PRESENTATION – Arizona Public Service (APS) will
present their proposed Electrical Improvements along Cave Creek Road from Basin

OF 30 FEET OF RIGHT OF WAY ALONG GRAPEVINE ROAD

is a request for Council approval of a Deed of Gift for dedication of 30 feet
of right-of-way along Grapevine Road at the north end of Ocotillo Ridge Estates
Unit 3B. (This item is continued from the January 22, 2002 Regular
Council Meeting.)

3. PUBLIC HEARING AND FIRST READING OF
ORDINANCE O2002-01 AMENDING LOT COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS AND DEVELOPMENT ENVELOPE
CONFIGURATION FOR PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS SUBDIVISIONS
DESCRIBED AS CANYON RIDGE ESTATES, RED DOG RANCH, AND SPUR CROSS ESTATES
Placed on the agenda by the
Planning Department, Town of Cave Creek.
This
is a request for Council to hold a Public Hearing and, if deemed appropriate,
give First Reading to an ordinance that would amend the lot coverage
requirements and development envelope configuration for previously
approved Planned Unit Development (PUD)
subdivisions described as Canyon Ridge Estates, Red Dog Ranch, and Spur Cross
Estates. (Staff is recommending that Council continue this item to the
February 19, 2002 Council Meeting.)

4. DISCUSSION AND REVIEW OF CHAPTERS ONE,
