Members of the Town Council and Planning Commission as well as Town Staff will be in attendance at this work session. A quorum of one or more of the elected or appointed bodies may be present. No action will be taken.

 

CALL TO ORDER 7:00 PM.  Town Council Chambers, 37622 N. Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, AZ.

 

 

1.  DISCUSSION AND REVIEW OF THE PROPOSED UPDATED ZONING ORDINANCE, WHICH WOULD REPEAL AND REPLACE THE CURRENT ZONING ORDINANCE. THIS MEETING IS FOR DISCUSSION ONLY. NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.
