1.         DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A MEDIATION AND TOLLING AGREEMENT WITH JIM LANGAN, OWNER OF FULL CIRCLE RANCH (This item is continued from the April 18, 2005 Town Council Meeting.)

Council Action Needed:            Motion to authorize the Mayor to execute a mediation and tolling agreement with Jim Langan, owner of Full Circle Ranch.

 

Narrative: This is a request for Mayor and Council to authorize the Mayor to execute a mediation and tolling agreement with Jim Langan, owner of Full Circle Ranch. The agreement would authorize the issuance of a 12 month Special Use Permit for the operation of a bed and breakfast pursuant to the 4 conditions found in the Town Zoning Ordinance.

4.         DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION R2005-14 REQUESTING THE ARIZONA GAME AND FISH COMMISSION, THE ARIZONA GAME AND FISH DEPARTMENT AND THE ARIZONA DESERT BIGHORN SHEEP SOCIETY TO JOIN WITH THE TOWN IN A COOPERATIVE EFFORT TO RETURN BIGHORN SHEEP TO THE SPUR CROSS RANCH CONSERVATION AREA.
