Narrative:       This is a request for Council to discuss and possibly approve an Off-Track Wagering operation permit at Creeker’s Territorial Bar & Grill located at 37645 N. Cave Creek Rd., Cave Creek. The request is for a permit through December 31, 2007, which coincides with the agreement Phoenix Greyhound Park has with the State.
