CASE NUMBER:      A-05-20 Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 1, Section 1.7, which would change a violation of the Zoning Ordinance from a Class One Misdemeanor (criminal) to a Civil violation.

(Staff is recommending the ordinance be amended by deleting a portion of this ordinance prior to Council giving Second Reading of the Ordinance.)

CASE NUMBER:      A-05-19 Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 4 – Sections 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, & 4.6 to identify those allowed uses as well as those requiring a Special Use Permit or Temporary Use Permit for each of the zoning district classes.
