PRESENTATION: There will be a presentation to the Trails Volunteers to show appreciation for their hard work and dedication to trails in Cave Creek.

Council Action Needed:         Motion to give Second Reading to Ordinance O2006-22, an Ordinance of the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Cave Creek, Maricopa County, Arizona, amending the Town of Cave Creek Town Code Chapter 92, Health and Sanitation, Section 92.15 Solid Waste, Garbage and Refuse, providing penalties for violations and providing for a delayed effective date.

 

Narrative:       This is a request for Council to give Second Reading to an ordinance amending the Town Code of the Town of Cave Creek Chapter 92, Health and Sanitation, Section 92.15 Solid Waste, Garbage and Refuse, providing penalties for violations and providing for a delayed effective date. This ordinance adds additional language to the Town Code regarding the provisions for recycling. The ordinance has a delayed effective date of January 8, 2007.
