TO GIVE DIRECTION TO STAFF REGARDING DEVELOPMENT OF THE BLACK MOUNTAIN TRAIL.
Placed on the
agenda by the Planning Department, Town of Cave Creek.
In
2006 the Town Council contracted with HDR, Inc. to conduct a study on the Black
Mountain Trail. This study has now been completed. HDR has prepared two (2)
options for the Council to review. Staff
is requesting Council to select one of the two options to give staff direction
to proceed with the development of the Black Mountain Trail.
