Have your water bill handy. You will need your account number and either your full name or street address.

• Accept the website terms and conditions
• Enter the account number (without periods)
• Enter the account holder's full name (last name, first name)
• Enter the Street address (only the first 26 characters including spaces)
• Three security questions with answers
• Enter your email address
• A link will be sent to the email supplied for account activation (Check your spam folder as the email may be flagged as spam)
• Create a password
• Done
